What if my cat won't use it?
Keep the old box running for two to three weeks during transition. The refusal rate drops below 2%. If the cat still won't use it after 90 days, we send a prepaid return label and refund the full amount.
Is it safe for kittens?
The cat weight range is 3–12 kg (7–26 lb) depending on the model. Below 3 kg the safety sensors may not register the cat reliably. We recommend a standard box until the kitten is over 3 kg.
Is it HSA / FSA eligible?
Often yes, with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor. We send you a free template once you order.
What if it breaks in year three?
You call us. The number is real. A human picks up Mon–Fri. We ship the part free, or replace the unit, depending on what's wrong. That is the warranty.
How loud is it?
